Senior Program Manager – IT & Business Transformation

Our client, a major organization in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a professional to lead and manage large-scale program teams. The role involves ensuring the delivery of major business initiatives within a complex IT environment while strictly managing scope and budget.

• Deliver the program and underlying projects within the predefined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate organizational change across various departments and implement governance rules.
• Establish cross-functional teams covering both business and technical domains to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Define realistic program plans aligned with the internal roadmap and resource availability.
• Manage the program budget and take corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met.
• Provide daily leadership and coaching to a team of 5 to 10 project managers to ensure methodology application.

• You have 8+ years of experience in program and project management within complex environments.
• You possess extensive expertise in complex multi-project coordination within the Digital / IT Domain and large-scale delivery
• You have sound knowledge of project methodologies such as PMI, Prince 2, and Agile.
• You bring proficiency in MS Project and the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• You have a proven track record of coaching and steering teams of 5-10 project managers.
• You possess strong leadership, negotiation, and business acumen skills.
• You are autonomous, result-oriented, and capable of navigating through ambiguity.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Working knowledge of MS Access for data tracking.
