Lab Operations Project Engineer

Our client, a leading life sciences organization, is seeking a Lab Operations Project Engineer to bridge laboratory science and process improvement. The role focuses on supporting Quality Control environments by implementing new analytical methods and ensuring compliance within regulated settings. One contributes to the smooth introduction of testing approaches while resolving technical challenges in complex laboratory environments.

• Support the implementation and coordination of analytical test methods and QC procedures.
• Contribute to validation and method transfer activities for laboratory testing.
• Review analytical data and investigate deviations to support CAPA actions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laboratory teams during testing.
• Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives using DMAIC.
• Ensure compliance with compendial requirements and GMP standards.

• You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related field.
• You bring experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory or production environment.
• You have experience working with technical documentation and analytical data.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good command of English.
