People Analytics Lead

Our client is seeking a strategic leader to define and drive the enterprise People Analytics strategy. This role ensures workforce insights are trusted, purpose-driven, and aligned with global business priorities to support informed decision-making.

• Define the global strategy and vision for workforce insights aligned with business priorities.
• Design the operating model and governance frameworks for analytics prioritization and ethical data usage.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate complex workforce questions into high-value analytical use cases.
• Develop the strategic blueprint for the data foundation to ensure consistency and trust in outcomes.
• Create a roadmap for advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling and AI-driven insights.
• Manage stakeholders across the organization to drive the adoption of data-driven talent decisions.

• You bring 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, workforce analytics, and HR strategy.
• You have experience defining operating models and governance frameworks for global data functions.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of HR data architecture, analytics methodologies, and data privacy.
• You have a proven track record in stakeholder management and influencing within a matrix environment.
• You're a strategic thinker with excellent storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• You are fluent in English.
