Lab Readiness Workstream Leader - Braine-l'Alleud

Our client, a leader in the biopharmaceutical sector, is seeking a Lab Readiness Workstream Leader for a major R&D facility project. This role focuses on coordinating the sourcing, relocation, and validation of extensive laboratory equipment to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

• Lead the sourcing, moving, delivery, and installation of laboratory equipment in compliance with GLP and validation processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for CQV, CSV, and procurement teams regarding laboratory readiness.
• Manage detailed equipment schedules and room-by-room readiness, reporting progress and implementing remedial actions.
• Oversee the creation of assets within Life Asset Management systems and ensure the accuracy of master files.
• Coordinate C&Q risk assessments, plans, and inspection master plans for all research equipment.
• Ensure EHS compliance from sourcing through to final handover and user representative acceptance.

• You possess a University degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or Pharmacy.
• You bring 8+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or hospital industry within QC, Engineering, or Facilities roles.
• You have a strong background in CQV, CSV, and GLP standards within a pharmaceutical R&D environment.
• You have experience organizing the relocation of large-scale laboratories and sourcing complex research equipment.
• You possess knowledge of R&D facility management and project document management.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with a risk-based approach to task prioritization.
• You are fluent in English.
