Senior Full Stack Developer – Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) & Distributed Systems

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is seeking an expert to contribute to mission-critical applications. This role focuses on high-quality software engineering and the adoption of large-scale agile methodologies within a complex system environment.

• Execute technical analysis and full stack development for mission-critical systems.
• Drive test automation and CI/CD initiatives to improve deployment quality.
• Provide technical coaching and mentorship to fellow developers.
• Design and implement scalable architectures based on domain-driven principles.
• Manage system reliability through bugfixing and on-call support.

• 10+ years software engineering experience with Java 21, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA.
• 8+ years frontend development expertise using Angular 19+.
• You bring deep expertise in Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and agile software delivery.
• You possess advanced knowledge of Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture, and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• You have hands-on experience with Kafka for distributed data and integration.
• You're skilled in DevOps and CI/CD using OpenShift, Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory.
• You possess a solid understanding of Clean Code and TDD principles.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with experience in coaching other developers.
