Senior PMO Analyst – SAP & Power BI

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for a specialist to enhance their project methodology and digital governance framework. The role focuses on translating operational needs into streamlined processes and automated reporting solutions to support large-scale programs.

• Translate business requirements into optimized processes and appropriate digital project management tools.
• Manage complex financial cycles including annual budgeting, spend estimation, and financial reforecasting.
• Design and build advanced reporting dashboards to provide management with transparent project insights.
• Implement automation and digitalization initiatives for project management interfaces and capacity management systems.
• Coordinate recurring governance meetings and ensure consistent application of project methodologies.
• Train and support end users through dedicated workshops to ensure high adoption of new tools.

• 8+ years of experience in project management office (PMO) or project controlling roles.
• You possess 5+ years of experience with SAP ERP modules, specifically Fiori, PS, PM, and MM.
• You bring 5+ years of expertise in O365 solutions including Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• You have 2+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• You possess 2+ years of experience applying project management principles such as budget, planning, quality, and risk management.
• You have 2+ years of experience with recognized methodologies like PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or management-related specialization.
• You are proactive, reliable, and demonstrate professional presentation skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with a B2 level of English.
