Senior Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA & EWM Integration

Our client, a prominent organization in the transport and mobility sector, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of a large-scale SAP implementation program. This role focuses on the successful deployment of supply chain modules and complex system integrations during a transition to modern ERP environments.

• Lead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budget proposals, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Steer the functional solution design towards clean core principles and efficient system integration.
• Coordinate closely with internal IT teams and system integrators to manage the transition from legacy systems to the new platform.
• Utilize PMO tools to maintain clear documentation and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication between business departments and technical delivery teams.

• 8+ years of experience in project management specifically within the SAP domain.
• 8+ years of experience leading SAP Supply Chain and warehousing projects.
• Proven expertise in system integration between SAP ECC and S/4HANA EWM on a functional level.
• Extensive experience having completed at least 2 full life cycle SAP SCM implementations.
• Deep understanding of IT management methodologies such as ITIL or IT4IT.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft O365 suite including SharePoint and Teams.
• Strong ability to steer, influence, and cooperate with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C1 level with at least B2 level proficiency in English and the other national language.

Nice to Haves

• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Stockroom Management.
• Experience with integration between SAP PM, PP, and PS modules.
• Experience with SAP mobile device implementations in warehouse environments or Kardex tower integrations.
• Experience managing projects using Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of change management via ADKAR or SAP Activate methodologies.
