Our client, a leading organization in the retail sector, is seeking a professional to support the global implementation of an integrated HR management platform. This role involves coordinating and executing all testing activities to ensure the quality, payroll accuracy, and business readiness of the solution across a complex digital landscape.

Responsabilités

  • Elaborate a comprehensive test activity plan defining domains, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities for the project.
  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system implementations and related HR integrations.
  • Validate core HR processes including Payroll, Time Management, Recruitment, and Performance Management modules.
  • Ensure compliance with local legal obligations and specific payroll requirements through rigorous validation.
  • Perform data validation, interface reconciliation, and migration verification between systems and downstream applications.
  • Monitor testing progress and provide regular status reports, risk identification, and proactive issue escalation.

Exigences

  • You have proven experience as a Test Coordinator within SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • You possess a strong understanding of HR processes, Core HR, Payroll, and Time Management.
  • You bring proficiency in Jira for defect tracking and test management.
  • You're experienced in end-to-end business process testing, data validation, and interface testing in integrated environments.
  • You have the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective test scenarios and validation criteria.
  • You possess excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with both business and technical teams.
  • You are fluent in English with functional knowledge of Dutch and/or French.

  • Experience working within integrated SAP HR landscapes.
