Technical Project Leader

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager. The role focuses on the end-to-end coordination of technical IT projects, ensuring high software quality through technical oversight and team leadership.

• Define the project scope, draft technical specifications, and estimate necessary resources.
• Plan tasks, monitor progress, ensure quality benchmarks, and manage project risks.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and facilitate communication between business and IT stakeholders.
• Supervise the deployment and transition to production for new software solutions.
• Oversee the maintenance and support phases of delivered products and services.
• Assess technical quality by performing code reviews and architectural oversight.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation following a training period.

• 8+ years experience in technical team coordination, leading developers, testers, and analysts.
• 8+ years experience in application lifecycle management, including continuity and risk management.
• 8+ years experience acting as a functional bridge between business requirements and technical solutions.
• 8+ years project management experience utilizing Agile, DevOps, UML, and BPMN.
• Knowledge of .NET (C#), WebAPI, Angular, MS SQL Server, and MySQL.
• You possess strong communication skills and proficiency in creating documentation with flowcharts.
• You're creative and solution-oriented when managing evolving project tasks.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.
