Senior Project Manager – SaaS & Salesforce Integration

Our client, a prominent player in the human resources and prevention services sector, is undergoing a major digital transformation following a recent acquisition. This role focuses on leading the implementation and rollout of a critical SaaS backend application to streamline operations across the integrated organization.

• Lead the planning and execution of a large-scale Salesforce-based SaaS implementation to meet critical go-live milestones.
• Coordinate complex data migration and integration workstreams between the new platform and existing core systems.
• Manage relationships with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners to ensure project alignment.
• Establish and chair project governance forums and steering committees to report on progress and drive decision-making.
• Monitor project health by tracking budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Direct cutover activities and operational readiness assessments to ensure a seamless transition for business users.

• 8+ years of experience managing complex software implementation and transformation programs.
• You possess extensive experience delivering large-scale SaaS solutions and platform rollouts.
• You have a proven track record directing hands-on data migration, system integration, and cutover trajectories.
• You bring expertise in project governance, financial management, and executive-level reporting.
• You possess the ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority in fast-paced environments.
• You're skilled at coordinating between diverse business and IT stakeholders while managing supplier performance.
• You have a structured and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
• You are fluent in Dutch with professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
• Background in post-acquisition IT integration contexts.
