Senior Transition Manager – Service Desk & End User Computing

Our client, a prominent player in the automotive industry, is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to lead a critical service migration project. This role focuses on overseeing the seamless transition of service desk and end-user computing services from an incumbent provider to a new strategic partner while ensuring business continuity.

• Develop and manage the end-to-end transition plan from mobilization through hypercare phases.
• Lead the migration of service desk processes, including incident management, request fulfillment, and knowledge management.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment between the client and external suppliers.
• Establish operational governance structures, including performance KPIs and success criteria.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and organizational change management activities to prepare support teams for handover.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, and issues to minimize operational impact during the migration period.

• You possess 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Transition Management.
• You have a proven track record in delivering large-scale outsourcing or managed service transitions.
• You bring expertise in ITIL frameworks, Service Desk Operations, and Service Governance.
• You're experienced in managing Incident, Request, and Vendor Management within multinational environments.
• You have a strong understanding of Knowledge Transfer and Process Migration methodologies.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working within ServiceNow based ITSM environments.
• Background in EUC, Workplace Services, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Familiarity with global managed service provider environments.
