Expert Software Architect – HR & Payroll Solutions

Our client is a prominent provider of HR and payroll software services seeking an expert to drive technical excellence. The role involves defining architectural guidelines, modernizing existing applications, and leading technical analysis to support the organization's continued growth.

• Define architectural guidelines and standards for new and existing software projects in collaboration with development teams.
• Perform in-depth technical analysis for complex software development challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate technological evolutions and best practices for implementation.
• Coordinate technical projects including planning and resource organization for implementation.
• Streamline and modernize legacy applications to enhance scalability.
• Serve as a technical communication link across different development teams to ensure architectural alignment.

• You possess 8+ years of experience in software development and architectural analysis.
• You bring expert-level knowledge of backend development with Java and Spring.
• You have experience with frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and Angular.
• You bring knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization using Azure and Kubernetes.
• You possess experience working with Linux and GitHub.
• You have knowledge of Cobol within a legacy system context.
• You're strongly analytical with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You're a proactive coach with the ability to inspire and lead technical team members.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
