UX/UI Designer – Enterprise Data Platforms

Our client, a major player in the Belgian transport and logistics sector, is seeking a designer to enhance their internal digital ecosystem. This role focuses on transforming complex data-heavy workflows into intuitive interfaces for critical operational systems.

• Execute end-to-end UX/UI product design processes from problem framing to final validation.
• Create and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems for web and mobile platforms.
• Design complex internal applications featuring data-intensive UI elements such as dashboards and bulk actions.
• Standardize design patterns across multiple enterprise applications to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality delivery and implementation of design specifications.
• Conduct user research and interviews at various operational sites to gather requirements and validate iterations.

• You have 5+ years of end-to-end UX/UI product design experience covering information architecture and flows.
• You bring 3+ years of advanced hands-on experience with Figma, including Auto Layout and variants.
• You possess 2+ years of experience designing enterprise-level applications in data-heavy contexts.
• You have a proven track record of working with and extending internal Design Systems.
• You're able to provide a portfolio with at least 2 recent case studies from the last 3 years.
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French with professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in transport or logistics operational environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Belgium for user research.
