Construction Manager

Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the renovation and fit-out of temporary office locations. This role oversees the complete project lifecycle, ensuring quality, budget, and safety from site preparation through to move-in and final handover.

• Analyze plans and contract documents to develop execution strategies and site planning.
• Supervise contractors and suppliers while leading site meetings to coordinate structural and technical disciplines.
• Manage the move strategy and planning, ensuring alignment with internal facility and IT departments.
• Control project budgets, validate progress statements, and report deviations to management.
• Oversee quality management through regular inspections and punch list follow-ups.
• Coordinate provisional and final handovers, including the review of as-built documentation.

• You have relevant experience in construction management, specifically within renovation and fit-out projects.
• You bring technical knowledge of construction and technical installations.
• You possess strong organizational skills to handle detailed planning, phasing, and site logistics.
• You are proficient in budget control and progress monitoring to ensure project delivery.
• You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• You have knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
