Senior Test Manager – part-time

Our client is looking for a Senior Test Manager to oversee the quality of software applications and IT projects. This role focuses on defining test strategies, coordinating activities, and ensuring that all releases meet functional and technical requirements.

• Define the test strategy and establish test governance frameworks for the project.
• Coordinate test activities in collaboration with developers, analysts, and project managers.
• Standardize test reporting and oversee the selection and use of test tools.
• Lead and guide extensive multifunctional teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Facilitate business acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Evaluate test results and provide critical advice regarding go/no-go decisions.
• Manage quality control for business applications, including transaction systems and integrations.

• 8+ years experience in Quality Control expertise areas.
• 8+ years testing business applications, transaction systems, and system integrations.
• 8+ years leading or guiding extensive multifunctional teams.
• 5+ years defining test strategy and test governance.
• 5+ years standardizing test reporting and utilizing test tools.
• You possess experience guiding Business Acceptance Testing.
• You bring knowledge of quality management tools such as Spira Team or HP ALM.
• You're able to report test results and advise on go/no-go decisions.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.
