Procurement Project Lead

Our client is seeking a dedicated professional for a major construction project to lead end-to-end sourcing activities for high-value procurement packages. The role involves managing autonomous sourcing execution while operating within a collaborative CAPEX procurement model. This position ensures project delivery by coordinating closely with engineering and category management teams.

• Lead and manage end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned packages including construction works and process equipment.
• Define sourcing approaches aligned with project requirements and overall category strategies.
• Execute full RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes while coordinating bidder lists and supplier selection.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, including benchmarking and total value of ownership optimization.
• Drive commercial negotiations and finalize contractual agreements to ensure risk protection.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage change orders, claims, and contract amendments during the execution phase.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to provide regular updates on procurement status and risk management.

• You have a Bachelor's degree.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in procurement, specifically in contract negotiation and contract management.
• You possess a proven track record in managing CAPEX projects
• You have advanced skills in leading sourcing activities such as RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with a structured approach to managing parallel packages and priorities.
