Business Analyst – Broker & Front-Office Solutions

Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their front-office transformation team. This role focuses on developing high-quality end-to-end IT solutions for non-life insurance to enhance the digital experience for brokers and partners. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between user needs and technical implementation within a fast-paced transformation roadmap.

• Execute detailed business and functional analysis for front-office insurance applications.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements based on architectural vision and established standards.
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to elicit and document complex requirements.
• Model business processes and use cases to provide clear documentation for technical and offshore teams.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure solutions adhere to UX guidelines.
• Support project delivery within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within large Insurance organizations, specifically in Non-life.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
• Proven focus on User Experience (UX) with the ability to translate user needs into effective functional designs.
• Possess strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a result-oriented approach.
• You're a proactive team player who is resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
• You are fluent in Dutch with very good knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in non-life mobility underwriting and claims processes.
• Knowledge of modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML.
• Familiarity with Azure environments or AZ-900 certification.
