Digital Portfolio Support Officer

Our client is seeking a Digital Portfolio Support Officer to join their global engineering function. The role serves as the operational right hand to the portfolio lead, focusing on governance, reporting quality, and stakeholder coordination across digital and sustainability projects.

• Coordinate with project managers to track status, milestones, resource allocation, and budget updates.
• Prepare and consolidate portfolio review materials for governance committees and prioritization meetings.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio trackers to ensure high-quality reporting and data integrity.
• Develop executive-level presentations and communication packages with clear storytelling for leadership.
• Monitor project backlogs and progress utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Manage SharePoint content and documentation repositories to ensure proper versioning and accessibility.
• Support portfolio governance compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the function.

• You have 5+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or portfolio support within complex environments.
• You bring advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for executive reporting and document management.
• You possess experience with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• You're a strong communicator capable of managing diverse stakeholders and proactively following up to obtain information.
• You are proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and deliver review-ready outputs.
• You are fluent in English and French.

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Planisware, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Power BI.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry or GxP environments and certifications such as Prince2 or Agile Fundamentals.
