Senior Business Analyst – Dynamics 365

Our client, a major organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for an expert to bridge the gap between business needs and digital solutions. The role involves optimizing strategic communication processes through the implementation and management of advanced platform ecosystems.

• Analyze and translate complex business requirements into clear, functional specifications for the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
• Lead change management initiatives, including the creation of documentation and the guidance of user testing and training.
• Facilitate stakeholder management by aligning business units, IT teams, external vendors, and management.
• Provide regular status reporting and communicate project risks or bottlenecks to relevant parties.
• Evaluate and challenge existing business processes to design and implement optimal digital solutions.
• Support users in the adoption of collaborative tools and participate in a 24/7 standby rotation.

• 8+ years experience in business analysis and functional requirements gathering.
• 5+ years experience managing Drupal-based web environments.
• 2+ years with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including implementations and workshop coordination.
• 2+ years utilizing Power Platform and Flexmail to manage advanced communication flows.
• 5+ years of experience in solution-oriented project delivery and stakeholder management.
• You possess a PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
• You bring a proactive, team-oriented approach with strong communicative skills in a project environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C1 level with B2 level proficiency in the second national language and B2 level English.
