Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is looking for a Business Analyst to drive the implementation of a new platform within their non-life division. The role involves translating business needs into technical requirements while fostering collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Responsabilités
- Facilitate the initial setup of a new digital platform within a growing agile environment.
- Translate business requirements from the non-life insurance department into clear technical features for delivery.
- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and external delivery partners to ensure alignment.
- Design and model end-to-end business processes using professional methodologies to shape the business architecture.
- Analyze complex process details to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks within the mobility system.
Exigences
- You have 3+ years of experience as an analyst within the Non-Life insurance domain, specifically focused on Mobility.
- You possess 3+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis and Functional Analysis.
- You're proficient in BPMN for process modeling and have experience using Adonis.
- You have a practical understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
- You bring an analytical, accurate, and problem-solving mindset to the project.
- You're communicative and capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on a structured level.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English with basic knowledge of French.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with the implementation of a DXC Non-Life platform or GraphTalk.
- Willingness to obtain BPMN or SAFe certifications.
