QA Analytical Development Specialist

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a QA Specialist to support their development analytical laboratories. This transversal role focuses on providing quality oversight and scientific partnership within analytical development and clinical supply operations.

• Manage and approve deviations, change controls, and investigations for analytical activities.
• Support audit readiness by preparing responses, conducting GMP tours, and facilitating internal audits.
• Lead supplier qualification activities, including direct contact, quality follow-up, and final approvals.
• Review critical QA documentation such as validation protocols, pharmacopoeial methods, and qualification reports.
• Serve as a shop-floor QA reference, endorsing operational decisions and scientific hypotheses.
• Participate in monthly performance reviews to ensure QMS compliance and continuous improvement.

• You have 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• You bring hands-on expertise in managing deviations, change controls, and root cause investigations.
• You possess a strong scientific background in biology or chemistry with the ability to challenge scientific documentation.
• You're a structured thinker with the resilience to manage pressure and a collaborative mindset for working with scientific stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English with professional-level writing and oral communication skills.
