Business Analyst – Digital Portals & Business Process Management

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is looking for a professional to analyze and optimize business processes for digital service platforms. The role focuses on bridging the gap between stakeholder needs and technical implementation through structured analysis and workshop facilitation.

• Analyze internal and external business processes using BPMN and UML.
• Facilitate workshops with partners to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and releases using Jira and Confluence.
• Support development and user experience teams by translating analysis into actionable input.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate project management facets such as planning and cost estimation.

• 5+ years experience in business analysis and ICT-driven business operations.
• 5+ years working with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• You possess experience in the development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

• 5+ years experience as a process architect.
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerBI.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML methodologies.
• Experience with stakeholder management and project coordination.
• Familiarity with Miro and Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
