Our client is a global organization seeking a Digital Talent Adoption & Engagement Lead to drive the sustained adoption of digital talent management solutions. This role connects talent, data, and technology to ensure that leaders and employees utilize digital insights for effective development and decision-making.
Responsabilités
- Translate digital talent management and AI roadmaps into implementation plans, audience journeys, and engagement campaigns.
- Drive the onboarding and sustained adoption of digital talent cards and success profiles through workshops, demonstrations, and champion networks.
- Develop practical guidance and targeted education to improve the quality, freshness, and decision-utility of talent data.
- Represent user needs in collaboration with technology and data teams to define business requirements and acceptance criteria for digital solutions.
- Convert adoption and talent insights into concise stakeholder narratives and actionable steps for leadership and functional partners.
- Coordinate responsible AI pilots and value tracking to ensure solutions are adopted effectively while maintaining human accountability.
Exigences
- You have a relevant Bachelor or Master degree.
- You bring 8+ years of experience leading digital HR, learning technology, or talent management implementations within a complex international organization.
- You possess advanced expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement to drive sustained behavior change and adoption.
- You have digital and data fluency, including experience with user testing, insight interpretation, and value realization.
- You're a proactive facilitator with an agile, outcome-focused mindset and strong professional judgment.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Practical experience with responsible AI, user research, or talent analytics product rollouts.
- Experience in leadership development or capability building within the industry.
