Compliance Engineer - Engineering & Maintenance

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Compliance Engineer to strengthen their engineering and maintenance operations. This role focuses on ensuring technical reliability and quality compliance across diverse process systems and clean utilities.

• Manage and follow up on actions within a quality management system.
• Act as the central contact for technical root cause analyses regarding HVAC, clean utilities, WFI, and process gases.
• Support the drafting and implementation of CAPAs.
• Consult closely with stakeholders including production, QA, and system owners.
• Monitor quality-related KPIs and contribute to quality upskilling within the technical department.

• You have experience working in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated engineering environment.
• You bring a strong knowledge of legislation and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
• You possess technical understanding of HVAC, clean utilities, or process systems.
• You're an excellent communicator with the ability to manage various stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English.
