E2E Test Coordinator – Digital Utility Transformation

Our client, a leading organization in the utility sector, is seeking an E2E Test Coordinator to support a large-scale digital transformation program. The role involves overseeing end-to-end test and quality activities across multiple project teams to ensure the simplification of customer and network-related processes.

• Develop and monitor an E2E test strategy aligned with organizational standards.
• Define and track E2E test planning, scope, and exit criteria across multiple product teams.
• Align and coordinate test activities of involved product teams while supporting scenario development.
• Validate end-to-end integrations against defined functional and non-functional requirements.
• Monitor quality, risks, and dependencies at the program level to address potential bottlenecks.
• Report on E2E progress and quality results to program management and key stakeholders.
• Participate in the internal testing community to embed E2E methodologies across the organization.

• You bring 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Test Coordinator.
• You possess 3+ years of experience coordinating activities at the program level across at least 4 different delivery teams.
• You have experience with formal test methods and techniques.
• You bring experience in establishing and monitoring overarching test planning and E2E strategies.
• You have experience reporting quality metrics and progress to stakeholders and management.
• You're proactive with strong communication skills to facilitate coordination and deliver clear messaging.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

• Experience working with SAP applications.
• Professional experience within the energy sector.
• Experience as a tester within Agile or Scrum project environments.
• Familiarity with Release Management processes.
• Experience in writing detailed test scenarios.
