Infrastructure & Virtualization System Engineer – Cloud & Data Center Solutions

Our client, a prominent organization driving digital transformation in the legal and administrative sector, is seeking a specialist to manage their critical infrastructure. This role focuses on the daily management and tuning of data center systems to ensure the high performance and availability of essential digital services.

• Manage and tune data center systems and infrastructure to ensure the performance and availability of hosted applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain Nutanix AHV and VMware vSphere environments, including high-availability clustering solutions.
• Operate enterprise backup and data protection solutions while enforcing strict SLA, RPO, and RTO requirements.
• Automate virtual server deployments and operational tasks using scripting to optimize infrastructure workflows.
• Perform proactive monitoring and optimization of system performance, capacity, and storage usage.
• Collaborate on disaster recovery planning by defining and testing restore scenarios and recovery procedures.

• You have 5+ years of experience in virtualization platforms with Nutanix AHV and VMware vSphere.
• You bring 5+ years of expertise in enterprise backup, data protection, and storage technologies including SAN.
• You possess experience managing Windows Server environments within complex virtualized infrastructures.
• You have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SMTP.
• You're experienced with server hardware and infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools.
• You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English.
