ICT Endpoint Lifecycle Specialist – Device Management & Support

Our client, a semi-public organization specializing in environmental safety and technical decommissioning, is looking for an ICT Endpoint Lifecycle Specialist. This role focuses on managing the lifecycle of hardware assets, specifically coordinating the rollout and administration of laptops and desktops to ensure a seamless digital experience for all users.

• Identify outdated hardware within the asset park to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and schedule device replacements directly with end-users.
• Execute hardware swaps and migrations while ensuring minimal disruption.
• Support end-users during the onboarding of new devices and software.
• Maintain accurate administrative records within the asset management tools.
• Resolve current technical issues and escalate complex problems to relevant teams.

• You have 3+ years of experience with SCCM.
• You bring 1+ years of experience with Intune.
• You possess professional experience in IT support and ITSM processes.
• You're familiar with asset management and lifecycle management.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent through relevant experience.
• You're communicative and customer-oriented.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented.
• You are fluent in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Windows migration projects.
• Knowledge of French.
