Project Engineering Leader

Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Project Engineering Leader to oversee the design and execution of building infrastructure and revamping projects. The role focuses on providing technical leadership and coordination initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

• Lead the basic and detailed design phases for equipment and building infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and external engineering partners throughout project execution.
• Manage project governance, including budget control, scheduling, and risk management in accordance with PMO standards.
• Consolidate and review technical specifications and URS to ensure alignment with global quality and safety guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for management, business clients, and technical stakeholders.

• You have a Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in engineering investment projects focused on infrastructure, building, or utilities.
• You possess previous experience in leading projects from various sizes.
• You demonstrate strong expertise within engineering disciplines in utilities, electricity, infrastructure and energy.
• You possess in-depth technical expertise within industrial environment, ideally pharma (GMP, GXP) environments.
• You're a strong leader with the ability to manage complex projects in a matrix organization and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You are fluent in French and English.
