Business & Functional Analyst – Life Insurance Platforms

Our client, a prominent player in the insurance industry, is looking for a Business and Functional Analyst to support the deployment of a new core life insurance platform. This role involves acting as a bridge between the business department and technical teams to translate strategic requirements into high-quality IT solutions.

• Facilitate the launch of a major platform implementation project within a growing agile team.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to define clear functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into technical features and actionable user stories.
• Collaborate closely with both internal business stakeholders and external delivery partners.
• Contribute to the design and development of the overarching business architecture.
• Identify opportunities to professionalize operational workflows and project methodologies.

• You have 4+ years of experience in business and functional analysis.
• You bring 4+ years of domain expertise in Life Insurance.
• You possess practical experience working within Agile methodologies.
• You're able to think analytically and work accurately to solve complex problems.
• You have a proactive, result-oriented mindset and strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English with a basic knowledge of French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with DXC GraphTalk or similar life insurance platforms.
• Involvement in the end-to-end setup of insurance software solutions.

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months
• Work regime: Full-time
• Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
