Change Management Specialist – Energy & Utilities Transformation

Our client, a prominent player in the energy sector, is seeking an expert to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives. This role involves defining and implementing change management strategies to ensure the successful realization of complex business transitions and organizational shifts.

• Define and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformations.
• Monitor various transformation initiatives and advise on optimal implementation scenarios.
• Execute defined change actions within the action plan to support internal stakeholders.
• Perform detailed impact analyses and formulate expert advice to facilitate decision-making.
• Organize and manage communication platforms and forums to foster engagement and trust.
• Maintain and share domain expertise to ensure up-to-date professional knowledge within the organization.

• 5+ years experience in Change Management.
• 3+ years experience within the Belgian energy sector.
• 2+ years experience with market mechanisms within the energy industry.
• Demonstrated experience in driving behavioral change at senior management and executive levels.
• You possess professional-level proficiency in either French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other, and you have a very good command of English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with business process optimization.
• Knowledge of change models such as ADKAR Prosci, Kotter’s model, or Lewin’s model.
