As an ideal candidate, you are a detail-oriented medior construction surveyor who excels in a collaborative environment and is skilled in managing multiple tasks. Your expertise will ensure that projects run smoothly and effectively.

• You assist in preparing for site work by participating in preparation meetings and using meeting reports to verify agreements.
• You check and complete the project execution plan to ensure readiness for work commencement.
• You plan and schedule the availability of all necessary materials.
• You provide instructions for onsite workers and perform quality checks.
• You conduct safety checks to ensure a secure working environment.
• You verify the quality of completed works and complete the project execution plan.

• You have 3-5 years of experience in the telecom, construction, or utility sectors.
• You have a VolVCA certification.
• You are proficient in MS Office (Windows, Word, Excel).
• You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You have good negotiation abilities.
• You are proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
• You hold a Driving License B.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English.
