Senior Data Architect – Master Data Management & Governance

Our client, a leading organization in the legal and notarial services sector, is looking for a Senior Data Architect to lead high-impact data initiatives. This role focuses on formalizing the operational structure of Master Data Management and designing the architecture for a large-scale dossier management project.

• Define the global data architecture framework including security, reference data, metadata, and master data.
• Establish a strategic planning and phasing approach for the data hub and general master data management.
• Develop robust data models for new internal systems and initiatives.
• Propose technical tooling and document best practices to enable solution architects across various clusters.
• Align architectural designs with established data governance principles and business objectives.
• Support the data management team and data governance leads in maintaining architectural integrity.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and business benefits to diverse stakeholders.

• You have 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Master Data Management.
• You bring 5+ years of expertise in Data Modeling and Services Architecture.
• You possess advanced knowledge of Data Governance frameworks and Metadata Management.
• You have experience in Negotiation and Alignment within complex technical environments.
• You're proactive, show strong ownership, and have a collaborative mindset.
• You possess excellent presentation and influencing skills to drive future-proof architecture.
• You are fluent in English with native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.
