Senior Functional Analyst – SAP IS-U

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join their multidisciplinary Agile team. This role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical build teams to deliver cost-efficient, end-to-end billing solutions. The objective is to iteratively realize solutions that ensure rapid time to market while maintaining a high standard for customer experience.

• Translate business requirements into end-to-end functional solutions that meet customer needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business profiles and technical configuration teams.
• Monitor and analyze incidents or defects to identify and implement necessary resolution actions.
• Execute functional tests in collaboration with cross-functional project teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and deliver presentations to ensure alignment on solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

• You bring 8+ years of experience in SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• You possess 8+ years of expertise in the Belgian Utilities Market and market messaging.
• You have a strong background in analytical thinking and the ability to detect and assess complex dependencies.
• You bring experience in translating requirements into end-to-end solutions within an Agile environment.
• You possess excellent communication skills and feel confident delivering presentations.
• You have a customer-centric mindset and strong active listening skills.
• You are trilingual in English, Dutch, and French with excellent proficiency in at least two of these languages.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with incident and defect management processes.
• Knowledge of process engineering methodologies.
