Dynamics 365 CE Developer

We're looking for a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE engineer to join a large Belgian enterprise delivery team in Brussels. You'll act as technical lead within an Agile squad, owning complex D365 implementations end-to-end from solution architecture to production pipelines, if you want all from the luxury of your home office. 

• Deliver complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations and provide technical guidance for solution design.
• Develop high-quality customizations using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Implement plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF controls, and client-side extensions.
• Design and build integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Analyze and resolve platform performance bottlenecks and debug complex production issues in enterprise environments.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and ensure adherence to enterprise coding standards.
• Support CI/CD pipeline configuration and contribute to ALM best practices within an Agile/SAFe framework.

• You have 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse architecture.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in backend development using C# and .NET for plugins and workflows.
• You possess 5+ years of experience with Azure services including Azure Functions and messaging patterns.
• You have 5+ years of experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
• You bring experience in frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and PCF controls.
• You have experience with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• You possess knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps for automated deployments.
• You have an understanding of security and identity models including OAuth and Azure AD.
• You're proactive in identifying technical debt and comfortable working in complex governance structures.
• You are fluent in English AND French OR Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE Developer or Functional Consultant.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
