Senior AVEVA System Platform / OMI Solution Expert

Our client, a major player in the energy and renewable power sector, is seeking a senior expert to join their industrial solutions team. The project focuses on implementing a new SCADA platform to ensure grid stability and the real-time steering of industrial assets across an international perimeter.

• Develop, test, and maintain complex applications based on AVEVA System Platform.
• Implement ArchestrA object templates and develop OMI visualization content.
• Create and maintain ASP scripts and configure industrial data acquisition structures.
• Integrate communication layers including OPC, Modbus TCP, and IEC-104.
• Execute functional testing and support FAT and SAT activities during commissioning phases.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and developers within an Agile/SAFe framework to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting and log analysis to resolve production incidents in critical 24/7 environments.

• You have a Master's degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation and SCADA systems.
• You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience with AVEVA System Platform, OMI, and ArchestrA Object Modelling.
• You possess technical expertise in ASP Scripting and application troubleshooting within industrial environments.
• You have experience with communication protocols such as OPC, Modbus TCP, and IEC-104.
• You're autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure in business-critical environments.
• You are fluent in English.
