Salesforce Architect – Energy & Field Service Solutions

Our client, a leading organization in the utilities sector, is looking for a Salesforce Architect to lead digitalization initiatives for customer service and infrastructure works. This role focuses on the architecture and maintenance of cloud-based applications to optimize connection and meter management processes.

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions to support customer service and field operations.
• Perform corrective and evolutive maintenance on Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL) applications.
• Collaborate with business representatives and functional analysts to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Execute custom development using APEX and manage Salesforce configurations.
• Support CI/CD processes and deployment coordination within the development lifecycle.
• Advise on Multi Cloud strategies and field service best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development focusing on APEX and configuration.
• Proven expertise in designing complex Salesforce solutions and system architecture.
• In-depth experience with Field Service (FSL) technology and implementation best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Professional background within the energy or utilities sector.
• Strong understanding of Multi Cloud environments and processes.
• Practical knowledge of JIRA for project management.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• You are fluent in English and fluent in either French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Certified Salesforce App Builder.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Data Architect.
• Knowledge of MIG (Market Implementation Guide) 6.0 processes.
• Good knowledge of Dutch or French.
