Administrative Officer – Procurement & Project Support

Our client, a leading organization specializing in water infrastructure and environmental management, is seeking an Administrative Officer to join their procurement team. The role focuses on ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of orders, deliveries, and invoicing while acting as a central link between internal departments and suppliers.

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into formal orders within the system.
• Coordinate directly with suppliers to manage project planning and scheduling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal colleagues regarding procurement and administrative inquiries.
• Identify and implement initiatives to simplify or optimize administrative workflows and processes.
• Document operational procedures clearly to support team alignment and process transitions.

• 8+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori.
• 8+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 3+ years of experience in administrative support or procurement roles.
• You possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on detail.
• You bring the ability to organize tasks effectively and document procedures clearly.
• You are native in Dutch.
