Senior Technical Lead – .NET & Entity Framework

Our client, a leading public sector organization, is looking for a backend technical lead for their core business applications. This role focuses on ensuring development quality, mentoring developer teams, and serving as the primary technical authority for key projects.

• Guarantee the quality, maintainability, and performance of all backend developments.
• Establish and promote development standards, best practices, and quality assurance tools.
• Supervise code reviews and ensure the implementation of continuous integration and DevOps practices.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their technical growth and professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate workloads, plan development phases, and mitigate technical risks.

• 8+ years backend development with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 8+.
• 8+ years working with Entity Framework Core, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
• Expert knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design, and Design Patterns.
• Extensive experience with Oracle 19+ and SQL Server 2016+.
• Proven track record using GIT and Azure DevOps within Agile environments.
• You possess deep knowledge of cybersecurity and secure development practices.
• You bring experience with Apache solutions within Java hosting environments.
• You're a strong leader with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in French with passive knowledge of English.
