Our client, a major public transport organization in Brussels, is looking for an experienced professional to lead the transition to new digital reporting standards. The role involves optimizing HR and payroll processes within an SAP environment to ensure compliance with modern social data exchange regulations.
Responsabilités
- Analyze existing time management and post-payroll processes within the SAP S/4HANA system to identify functional gaps.
- Translate new regulatory requirements regarding social data transfers and payroll tax declarations into concrete business specifications.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with HR, IT, and external partners to align project goals and gather requirements.
- Draft detailed functional specifications and coordinate technical adaptations with development teams.
- Define the overall testing strategy and supervise the execution of functional and user acceptance tests.
- Manage the change process by guiding internal teams through the implementation of new data-driven reporting mechanisms.
Exigences
- 8+ years of business analysis experience specifically within SAP S/4HANA focusing on Time Management and Payroll modules.
- Experience with Belgian regulatory reporting mechanisms such as DMFA, DRS, and Belcotax.
- You possess deep expertise in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- You have professional experience in Testing and quality, including UAT strategy and test scripts development.
- You bring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to facilitate alignment between business and IT.
- You're analytical, rigorous, and result-oriented with a structured approach to complex projects.
- You are fluent in French.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in the Belgian public sector.
- Knowledge of data quality and integrity controls within large-scale ERP migrations.
