Junior Production Engineer (Shift)

Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a technical professional to support manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production. This role focuses on providing technical expertise on the shop floor, identifying process bottlenecks, and maintaining high standards of quality compliance.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact within the production department to ensure compliant manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate bottlenecks and efficiency losses within the production process.
• Coordinate activities related to technical breakdowns and perform root cause investigations for quality deviations.
• Implement minor and major changes to existing production equipment within established deadlines.
• Provide daily technical support for manufacturing processes in close cooperation with operators and supervisors.
• Support the start-up of new production lines and assist with related validation activities and troubleshooting.

• You possess a Master’s degree in Industrial, Civil, or Bio-Engineering, or an (Industrial) Pharmacist degree.
• You have 1+ years of relevant experience within a GMP environment.
• You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a structured, accurate, and independent manner.
• You possess strong technical writing abilities and a genuine interest in production technology.
• You're willing to work in a shift system including early and late shifts.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
