Project Manager – Transformation & Infrastructure

Our client, a semi-public organization specializing in safe waste management and infrastructure decommissioning, is looking for a professional to lead transformation projects. This role focuses on managing technical renewals and organizational changes to ensure safe and efficient operational progress.

• Plan and lead projects to ensure delivery within time, budget, and regulatory constraints.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and support internal and external staff throughout execution.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders to provide progress reports and ensure project acceptance.
• Maintain accurate project dossiers, including technical documentation and administrative procedures.
• Propose infrastructure optimizations in collaboration with experts to ensure technological advancement.
• Manage public procurement processes and oversee contractor performance according to contractual agreements.
• Integrate change management strategies to ensure organizational support for project outcomes.

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Team Coordination and managing project teams.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Concept Development and analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in Document Management and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of Public Procurement (overheidsopdrachten) legislation.
• Experience with Change Management methodologies.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented.
• You are native in Dutch with professional proficiency in French.

• Willingness to obtain a security clearance.
