Financial Reporting Lead & PowerBI Expert

Our client, a leading global organization, is seeking a Financial Reporting Lead to join their corporate finance department. This role involves driving reporting solutions and maintaining end-to-end ownership of financial reporting processes within a global landscape.

• Drive and continuously improve financial reporting using Power BI within the global reporting framework.
• Take global ownership for financial reporting standards, frameworks, and governance.
• Lead the continuous improvement of end-to-end financial reporting processes across various domains.
• Act as a senior interface between finance stakeholders, business units, and digital technology teams.
• Support the development and enhancement of financial reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Harmonize and simplify the global reporting landscape to ensure scalability and transparency.
• Provide actionable financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.

• You have 3+ years of experience in global financial reporting, controlling, or accounting.
• You bring strong expertise in Power BI within a professional financial reporting context.
• You possess a solid understanding of financial processes, performance management, and governance.
• You're experienced in working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
• You have an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in English.

• Experience with Sales, P&L, OPEX, or CAPEX reporting domains.
• Familiarity with Record-to-Report processes.
