Expert IT Project Manager – Migration Program Management

Our client is a prominent organization seeking an experienced professional to lead a large-scale software migration program. The role focuses on end-to-end coordination, roadmap definition, and ensuring the delivery of complex technical projects while acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and ICT teams.

• Analyze requirements to define a structured roadmap for migrating specific software products.
• Translate roadmaps into detailed project plans, defining scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Assume full ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance and budget adherence.
• Manage operational execution by assigning tasks and monitoring team capacity across the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ICT and business units to coordinate technical outputs.
• Monitor project performance and escalate deviations in scope or planning to sponsors.

• You have 8+ years in Project Management and Program Management.
• You possess 8+ years expertise in SCRUM.
• You bring 3+ years experience with GitLab.
• You have 3+ years in Agile methodologies.
• You possess 3+ years in Project planning, Scope Management, and Risk Management.
• You bring 8+ years in Communications Skills and Workshop Organisation.
• You have 3+ years in Stakeholder Management and Expectations Management.
• You are fluent in English with an active knowledge of Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves
