Project Manager (Halle)

Our client, an international player in industrial technical solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of complex engineering projects. This role involves managing the transition from sales to execution while ensuring high-quality delivery for global customers.

• Finalize project scope in collaboration with sales and customers during the final sales phase.
• Define and manage the phase-gate approach throughout the entire project duration.
• Lead internal and customer-facing project initiations and manage project teams via regular meetings.
• Oversee project engineers, review technical documentation, and monitor project schedules and milestones.
• Control project costs and provide detailed reporting on financial status and forecasts.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Coordinate customer review meetings and acceptance tests while supporting commissioning during startup.

• You hold a Master in Electro, Mechanical, Chemical, or Bio-Engineering.
• You have 5+ years of experience as a project manager within the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry.
• You possess experience managing international customer-supplier relationships for complex technical projects.
• You bring strong analytical and people management skills to steer and motivate engineering teams.
• You have a solid knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
• You're prepared to travel internationally for short periods up to 8 weeks per year.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
