Launch Excellence Validation Project Engineer

• Manage validation and documentation support for assembly, labelling, and packaging processes, with an emphasis on auto-injectors.
• Execute and document urgent quality investigations to maintain site standards.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and define appropriate mitigation measures for new projects.
• Support and implement process and system changes related to product introduction.
• Provide overall project management, including coordination, planning, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate across service streams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and service standards.

• You have a Master’s degree in a scientific field such as Bio-engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in a GMP environment with a focus on executing Validation projects.
• You possess technical expertise in Risk Assessment and validation processes within a pharmaceutical setting.
• You bring strong analytical skills, a high-quality technical writing style, and proficiency in project coordination.
• You are proactive, results-focused, and demonstrate an organized and accurate work approach.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good command of English.
