Vendor Quality Lead - QA & GMP

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Vendor Quality Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for critical manufacturing partners. The project involves ensuring high-level quality oversight for drug products and finished goods within an international framework.

• Provide day-to-day quality oversight for assigned GMP vendors and act as the primary contact for deviations and OOS investigations.
• Monitor vendor quality performance through KPI tracking and regular governance meetings.
• Establish and maintain quality agreements, ensuring timely periodic reviews and compliance updates.
• Review PQR and annual product stability programs to ensure continuous quality standards.
• Drive the resolution of complex quality issues and coordinate vendor-related investigations.
• Follow up on audit observations and CAPA implementation while supporting health authority inspections at vendor sites.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders from technical operations and supply chain throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• You have experience in quality assurance or manufacturing within the pharmaceutical sector.
• You bring solid expertise in GMP environments and quality oversight.
• You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate international environments.
• You're capable of working independently on complex quality topics with a solution-oriented approach.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• 5+ years of experience in a similar quality role.
• Experience in aseptic manufacturing or quality roles based directly at manufacturing sites.
• Experience managing complex global CMOs or eligibility as a QP.
