Employer Branding Specialist

Our client is a leading organization in the energy sector, committed to driving the transition toward sustainable energy infrastructure. This role focuses on strengthening the employer brand through a mix of strategic planning and operational execution across various communication channels.

• Develop creative campaigns, videos, and strategic plans to enhance the employer brand.
• Create and manage content plans for various online channels and the internal intranet.
• Support offline initiatives such as job events, school visits, and guest lectures.
• Organize and follow up on activities with student associations and educational institutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for recruitment marketing.
• Manage monthly mailings and internal communications to ensure alignment with branding goals.

• You bring experience in communication, marketing, or HR, with a focus on branding or recruitment.
• You possess proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• You have a proactive and creative mindset with a high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• You're a team player with a solution-oriented attitude and a focus on process improvement.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.
