Senior Program Manager – Infrastructure & Development

Our client, a leading organization in the maritime and infrastructure sector, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead large-scale programs. This role involves steering complex interdependencies across various technical projects to ensure strategic alignment and optimal resource utilization.

• Oversee a portfolio of technical infrastructure and development projects to ensure cohesive program delivery.
• Manage program-level interdependencies and optimize content-related links between individual projects.
• Apply rigorous project management techniques including risk, issue, and change management.
• Lead technical environments and provide expert knowledge transfer on project management standards.
• Implement and steer program methodologies to maintain high delivery quality and efficiency.
• Liaise with diverse stakeholders to communicate progress and manage strategic expectations.

• You bring 15+ years of experience in technical infrastructure or development project environments.
• You possess 10+ years of experience leading and guiding projects with total budgets exceeding 1,000 K EUR.
• You have 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager steering complex technical programs.
• You bring 8+ years of experience working with SAP.
• You have 5+ years of experience applying project management tools for risk and issue management.
• You possess experience working with HRIS platforms.
• You have knowledge of PM methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBok.
• You have experience with program management methodologies such as MSP, Agile, or Scrum.
• You're familiar with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• You are native in Dutch (CEFR C2).

Nice to Haves

• Experience working within the public sector.
• Professional certification in Prince2, PMBok, or MSP.
• Background in customer-oriented communication through specific training.
