Software Solution Specialist – Ivanti Service Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a specialist to enhance their digital workplace support tools. This role involves delivering robust, user-friendly service management solutions and customized workflows to empower teams across the enterprise.

• Implement and develop functional and technical requirements through configuration or scripting.
• Ensure continuous operation and software maintenance of service management tools.
• Advise key users on IT service management issues and best practices for tool utilization.
• Participate in end-to-end activities for new developments and configurations.
• Support the integration of software into the broader application and system landscape.
• Coordinate testing and training for end users to ensure system efficacy.

• You have 3+ years of experience with Ivanti Service Manager or similar service management platforms.
• You possess experience in the planning, development, and operation of standard or customized software systems.
• You bring technical knowledge of JavaScript for application configuration and scripting.
• You have a solid understanding of ITIL-based service management.
• You possess a university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• You're proactive, analytical, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of similar tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.
• Experience with MS SQL, SOAP, and REST API.
• Background in IT operations management.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Good level of Dutch, French, or German.
