Our client, a prominent organization in the transport sector, is seeking an Expert Application Transition Coordinator to manage the renewal and transition of their managed services contracts. The role focuses on optimizing knowledge management frameworks and overseeing the end-to-end transfer of application support between service providers.

Responsabilités

  • Perform knowledge gap analyses across support towers to identify risks affecting incident resolution and first-time-fix performance.
  • Coordinate the structured creation and validation of service desk documentation with subject matter experts in alignment with established processes.
  • Ensure adherence to governance models and quality standards for all knowledge articles within the ITSM environment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end transition of application support ownership from the incumbent provider to the new supplier.
  • Track supplier readiness regarding skills and staffing through shadowing and reverse shadowing activities.
  • Manage transition risks, issues, and dependencies while providing detailed progress reporting to management.
  • Maintain stability of ongoing operations by facilitating coordination between application owners and external partners.

Exigences

  • You bring 15+ years of professional IT experience.
  • You possess 8+ years of expertise in IT Service Management, Service Desk operations, and Knowledge Management.
  • You have proven experience managing complex transitions between outsourcing partners.
  • You bring advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM tooling.
  • You possess experience with enterprise application landscapes, support models, and service ownership.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to coordinate functional and technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration data.
  • You’re able to manage complex workstreams using structured plans and tracking tools.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French (C1/C2) with English (C2) proficiency.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with documentation stores such as Confluence or SharePoint.
  • Willingness to assist in adjacent transition areas such as service desk activities.
